This place offers a comfy stay for a night. It's an older hotel, but it's in a fantastic location right next to cafes. the front and back garden areas are lovely. 🌳

Booked the hotel for its good and excellent location really close to the largest marina in South Island, and Picton on foot. I was offered a room with particularly nice views over the marina. - Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Picton.

The hotel offers good sized and spotless rooms with TV. They provide a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator if needed. - the location is fantastic, next to a picturesque bay, a lovely park, and very close to the beach.

Despite its slightly out-of-town location, the hotel's proximity to a beautiful bay and a boat ramp make it a great choice for boaties and water sports enthusiasts. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities were sufficient, and although the rooms were a bit dated, they were still impeccably clean and comfortable.

The bed was a bit saggy and soft, but other than that, our stay at the Beachside Sunnyvale Motel was fantastic! The unit was cozy and comfortable, with a newly renovated bathroom. The motel is conveniently located near the Waikawa reserve, and the owners were friendly and helpful. The shower had strong water pressure, which was a pleasant surprise. Although the rooms were not completely soundproof, it didn't detract from our overall experience. I highly recommend this motel for a friendly and cozy stay.

The motel is in a stunning location, very close to the beach and right on the waterfront. the rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds, and the hosts are very welcoming, providing homemade snacks on arrival. the motel boasts excellent facilities, including plunger coffee and milk in glass bottles. the city centre is just a short distance away.

The bathroom could benefit from some updates.
